Hi Everyone
After my recent post that I am feeling a lot better I woke up on Saturday and decided to clean the house from top to bottom. Not a sensible thing to do as I really suffered yesterday and still feel very tired today.

It has certainly made me realise that I really cannot do what I did before I was diagnosed and I must learn to pace myself.
Oh well I will know next time!!!
Take care everyone

Hi Debs!

We all do it don't we?! RollEyes Can't resist the urge to get on and do things when feeling well. Easy to forget that the meds control the symptoms and do not do away with the dratted diseaseHuh

Ah well, I guess you know for next time!
Take care Debs and make sure you rest up for a few days!

Hello Debs,

You silly billy, but we all do it don't we ?

Need to pace yourself. Easier said than done though isn't . I de-frosted my
deep freeze today so that was my big job for the day - even doing that
I am feeling it tonight . Damn RA.

Hi Debs

I know the feeling!!!

It has taken me ages to realise that I can't go mad anymore- although if it's something enjoyable, I still go ahead. But housework- no way!!!!

Take care and rest up!

Hi Debs, know just how you feel, I really think its one of the worst aspects of RA (there are lots of them!!) that we cant run around like we all used to pre ra!! Things have to be planned in ie clean bathroom, have a rest for an hour, do some ironing, have a rest for an hour etc etc.

Take care and hope you're resting!
